For the 5X Fest Annual Art Party, I was hired as Co-Curator to work closely alongside 5X Art Director Sahil Mroke to ideate and build a participatory exhibit we titled "Roots and Resonance". Attendees were invited to reflect upon their identities and experiences, and to imagine the future of desi diasporic art and expression. 5X Fest's mission to spotlight South Asian diaspora art and music in BC deeply resonates with my personal cause, and working with them to bring the Art Party to life was nothing short of a dream.

I designed wood-cut flowers for participants to decorate, and various pieces of immersive set design, including the hand-painted mirror, candlesticks and drawn flower motifs with messages of "you are seen here" and "you bloom here".
